Muhamad Ezral Bin Ghazaliさん（国際地縁技術開発科学専攻（研究生）、足立泰久教授指導）が、2018年9月18日～20日に筑波大学筑波キャンパスで開催された第69回コロイドおよび界面化学討論会において、論文発表「Effect of Cylinder Height on The Sedimentation Behavior of Flocculated Slurry of Na-Montmorillonite Confirmed Under Different Chemical Conditions」を行いました。この発表内容が高く評価され、ポスタ‐賞を受賞しました。

Muhamad Ezral Bin Ghazali (Department of Appropriate Technology and Science for Sustainable Development, supervised by Professor Yasuhisa Adachi) was awarded the Excellent Student Award for his poster presentation entitled Effect of Cylinder Height on The Sedimentation Behavior of Flocculated Slurry of Na-Montmorillonite Confirmed Under Different Chemical Conditions during the 69th Divisional Meeting of Division of Colloid and Surface Chemistry held at University of Tsukuba from September 18th – 22nd, 2018.

２０１８年９月１８日～２０日に第６９回コロイドおよび界面化学討論会が筑波大学筑波キャンパスにて開催されました。
主催する日本化学会コロイドおよび界面部会では、９月１９日の午後に大学会館講堂で開催された、レクチャーシップアワードの２講演とそれに引き続いて実施される総合講演を、部会事業の社会貢献の一環として位置づけ、筑波大学生物資源コロイド工学リサーチユニットの主催による一般公開として実施いたしました。

泉水めぐみさん（生物資源科学専攻、環境コロイド界面工学研究室）が、6月26日-7月1日にトロント（カナダ）で開催された国際会議 9th International Conference on High Temperature Ceramic Matrix Composites and Global Forum on Advanced Materials and Technologies for Sustainable Development 2016において，研究発表"Fabrication of porous ceramics by gelcasting method with agar and reservoir sediment in Tunisia"　by Yuki Arioka, Megumi Sensui, Masayoshi Fuji, Masamoto Tafu, Tomonori Kawakami, Mitsuteru Irie を行いました。この発表内容が高く評価され，泉水さんはポスター賞を受賞いたしました。会議の情報はこちらから

山口敦史さん（生物資源科学専攻，小林幹佳准教授指導）は，2015年12月11日，東京工業大学で開催された「第 53 回高分子と水に関する討論会」において研究発表「リゾチームの吸着がシリカ粒子のゼータ電位に与える影響」を行いました。この発表内容が高く評価され，山口さんは学生奨励発表優秀賞を受賞いたしました。

西谷麻菜美さんが（生物資源科学専攻、小林幹佳准教授指導）、2015年6月8日～11日にポーランドのクラクフ（Krakow）で開催された European Student Colloid Conference　ESC2015（http://www.esc2015.krakow.pl/）にて、研究発表「Electrophoretic mobility of latex particles: Effects of divalent counter-ions, Manami Nishiya,Takuya Sugimoto, Motoyoshi Kobayashi」を行いました。この発表内容が高く評価され、ベストポスター賞を受賞しました。
ESCはヨーロッパコロイド界面学会（http://www.ecis-web.eu/）が主催の会議であり、2年に一度開催され、毎回、コロイド界面科学の盛んなヨーロッパ内から多くの大学院生が参加しています（http://www.ecis-web.eu/student.htm）。
