Please note that the duration of Plenary Lecture is 1 hours inclusing 10 minutes of questions and answers.
Duration of Keynote Lecture is 30 minutes including 5 minutes of questions and answers.
Duration of general Lecture is 20 minutes including 5 minutes of questions and answers.

March 9, 2023 Day 1
9:10am Opening Ceremony
The welcome session will be introduced by Prof. Toshiharu Enomae, co-chair of ISBEC 2023.
Afterwards, a short welcome note by Dr. Hiroshi Wada, Vice precident and Excutive director for Research, University of Tsukuba.
There after, the program will be lead by Prof. Yasuhisa Adachi, chair of ISBEC 2023.
