REGISTRATION:
Please copy and fill in the APPLICATION FORM attached below and send it by e-mail to: colloid-at-envr.tsukuba.ac.jp . The registration deadline is March 7th. Only first 60 applicants are acceptable becuase of the capacity of the conference room.
FEES:
- Registration Fee: Free
- Banquet (Mar. 11) : 4000 yen (students: 2000 yen)
- Lunch (Mar.12): 1000 yen (Cafeterias are not open on 12th)
Registration is required for preparing seats, name tags, and handouts. Payment will be made at the registration desk on the day of the workshop.
PRESENTATIONS:
We are inviting both oral (20min. including Q-and-A session) and poster presentations. If you are making a presentation, please send us the electric files (PDF, MS-WORD, MS-PowerPoint, etc.) of your poster or its abstract untill February 28th, so that we can print it for handouts.
NOTE:
1) Poster sessions will be held during lunch and coffee break. Your presentaiton can include broad topics in relation to colloidal/ interfacial sciences, such as environmental and biological issues and advanced materials. Previously-reported researches are also welcomed.
2) University Guest House is available for accommodation (Room charge: 3000yen per night). If you prefer to stay at the University Guest House, please inform us and we will make a reservation.
